Terms of Use

YUVU provides fitness-related tools such as body scanning estimates, scoring (including YU Score and Goal Match), coaching prompts, workouts, and meal guidance. Features may change as we improve the product. Some capabilities may be limited to the mobile app; the web companion is primarily read-only.

YUVU is for general fitness and wellness only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Body composition and measurement results are estimates. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) to use YUVU.

You agree not to:

• Misuse scans, upload content you don’t have rights to, or harass others
• Attempt to break, scrape, or overload our systems or partners
• Reverse engineer the Services except where allowed by law
• Use YUVU for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes

You retain rights to content you submit (such as scan photos and profile details). You grant GoRoam LLC a worldwide license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve YUVU, including through trusted processing vendors.

YUVU, YU Vs U, and related logos, designs, and software are owned by GoRoam LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

YUVU relies on third parties (for example sign-in providers, cloud hosting, and body-scan processors). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies outside our control.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOROAM LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF YUVU. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR YUVU IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You may stop using YUVU at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GoRoam LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
